Lampros Stougiannos

Lampros advises governments, sponsors, developers and contractors on major projects in a variety of sectors, including transportation and transit infrastructure, municipal, social and healthcare facilities, power projects, and industrial and housing developments. He provides practical and commercially oriented advice on the structuring, procurement, construction, operation, maintenance and financing of projects implemented under a range of delivery models, including public-private partnerships.

A member of the law societies of Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick, Lampros has advised clients on projects throughout Canada and abroad, in both English and French.

Lampros is ranked by Chambers Canada and Chamber Global for Projects (PPP & Infrastructure), where his clients have noted him as providing “creative solutions to complex problems”, being “responsive and knowledgeable” and someone “who clearly cares about his clients”.
