Edward Vincent Sullivan

Edward Sullivan Edward is an associate at Freudman Law PC, and handles a wide range of civil and criminal matters. Edward graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Engineering & Management (Software) and a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology), before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto. Edward articled at a busy downtown Toronto litigation firm, and subsequently handled governance and stakeholder management matters for a national charity before joining Freudman Law PC. Edward's diverse educational background combined with his distinct legal aptitudes enable him to handle a wide array of complex litigation files. Edward's ongoing role as a charitable director provides him with extensive experience in pragmatic dispute resolution processes as well as conflict-management. Given these aptitudes, while Edward is a very capable litigator, he is often able to effectively resolve complicated and technical files at an early juncture, thereby saving significant resources of the client. Edward has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice (both Civil and Criminal) and Small Claims Court, along with various other boards and tribunals. Outside of work, Edward enjoys cooking, fencing, and cultural learning. He also speaks conversational French and Japanese.
