David Andrew Szczurko

David's practice focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border financing. He acts for lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transactions.

David joined Blakes as a summer student in 2020 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2021/2022.

David gives back to his community as a volunteer basketball coach with Toronto Triple Threat, a non-profit organization that provides competitive basketball programs at an affordable cost for families in west-end Toronto. David has coached with Toronto Triple Threat for 10 plus years, coaching both young men and women.
