Adrienne Marie Blanchard

Ms. Blanchard's experience includes three years with the federal government developing IP policy, and private practice, initially in an IP boutique, then in national and global law firms. Adrienne started her own practice in 2015.

In commercial and regulatory matters, Ms. Blanchard negotiates distribution agreements, licences, clinical trial and other agreements, and advises on regulatory compliance. She is an experienced advisor on matters of privacy compliance and defends against access to company information held by governments. She advises clients on various matters concerning regulatory bodies including Health Canada and other government departments.
