James Henry Szumski

James is a corporate lawyer with a diverse and entrepreneurial background. His experience spans securities, corporate and commercial law, secured finance, and insolvency and restructuring, gained through practice at major regional and national law firms as well as in-house as a senior executive at a publicly listed technology start-up. Before entering the legal profession, James earned a degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and worked on the development of innovative artificial intelligence applications.

James draws on this multidisciplinary experience to deliver practical, creative solutions to complex and evolving business challenges.
