Salvatore Vincent Tedone

Salvatore Tedone (He/Him/His) is a senior associate in the Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies , and Investment Funds / Capital Markets groups of Dentons’ Montréal office. He mainly focuses on the set-up of investment fund structures and the associated corporate law aspects in various countries, including Canada, the United States, Ecuador, England, Guernsey, Luxembourg, Singapore, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi).

Salvatore graduated with a Masters in Common Law from Université de Montréal, where he specialized in corporate governance and the influence of artificial intelligence. Salvatore also holds a Bachelor of Law and Juris Doctor from Université de Montréal, and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business.

Prior to joining Dentons, Salvatore worked as an associate at a leading venture capital fund in Canada and has represented institutional funds.
