Daniela is an experienced litigator, with a strong background in insurance defence and commercial litigation. Her current practice focuses on professional negligence, errors and omissions, and commercial disputes. She has appeared before various levels of the court, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal. She has represented her clients before various tribunals, such as the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and Licence Appeal Tribunal. Daniela has worked with clients both nationally and internationally, and has conducted numerous trials and motions throughout her career. She is passionate about her work and known to clients as a dedicated advocate. She is always looking for ways to obtain practical and cost-effective solutions for her clients.
