Melinda Stephanie Tomlinson

Melinda Tomlinson’s practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate, corporate/commercial matters, and wills and estates. Melinda provides comprehensive and practical legal representation and works diligently to advocate for and protect her client’s interests. With extensive real estate experience, she understands the importance of efficiency, clear communication, and careful attention to detail. To ensure clients receive the most current and pragmatic advice, Melinda regularly participates in professional education courses and seminars to keep pace with legal, market, and industry changes.

Melinda earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. Prior to joining Christie/Cummings, Melinda practiced in Waterloo at a national law firm. Outside of work, Melinda takes advantage of everything the Collingwood area has to offer including snowboarding, hiking, and enjoying beautiful Georgian Bay.
