Brittany Katherine Alexandria Town

Brittany maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. She has experience in a variety of areas including complex contractual and tort disputes, securities class action defence, competition litigation, and Aboriginal law.

Brittany joined Blakes as a summer student in 2020 and articled with the Firm in 2021/2022.

Prior to her legal career, Brittany worked in government and supported the negotiation and implementation of a sectoral self-government agreement between Anishinabek First Nations and Ontario.

Admitted to the Ontario Bar – 2022 JD (Dean's Gold Key Recipient), Osgoode Hall Law School – 2021 BA (Hon.), Queen's University – 2015
