Christopher Miles Tucker

Christopher Tucker joined Powell Barrister Professional Corporation in 2010 as an associate lawyer, practicing exclusively in the area of professional negligence. He was called to the bar in 2009, and prior to joining the firm practiced family law and civil litigation in Waterloo, Ontario. He was a summer student, and articled, at a Toronto litigation boutique, where he assisted counsel in real estate litigation, employment law, personal injury, professional negligence and general civil litigation. Christopher's practice focuses on defending professionals from allegations of negligence with respect to claims against real estate agents and lawyers.
