Socium’s founder Will Van Horne was interviewed by Katipult Technology about the the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption, or LIFE, and its expected impact on capital markets.

LIFE is a CSA exemption that reduces the disclosure burden on qualifying issuers, in particular smaller issuers who have historically struggled to access capital due to the sometimes onerous and always expensive process of assembling a prospectus.
