Dana Stacey Vanthof

Dana Vanthof Legal Counsel Corporate Dana Vanthof is Legal Counsel at Power Sustainable, where she advises on fund-related matters, private investment transactions, and corporate and commercial affairs across the firm’s investment platforms. Prior to joining Power Sustainable, Dana was an associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, with a focus on private M&A and developer-side energy and infrastructure projects. Dana holds degrees in civil law and common law from McGill University, a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Carleton University, and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.
