Rishani Vettyvel

Rishani Vettyvel is the founder and Principal Lawyer at Vettyvel Law Professional Corporation, a boutique Real Estate Law Firm practicing in Scarborough, ON. Rishani practices in the areas of Real Estate Law, Wills, Power of Attorney’s and Corporate/Commercial Law. During the course of her practice, Rishani handles a variety of different types of real estate matters, including residential purchases, sales, refinances and 2 nd mortgages, along with commercial transactions, often involving the purchase of industrial & office buildings, etc. Rishani also regularly drafts several real estate related agreements, including the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and commercial lease agreements. Prior to establishing her own law firm, Rishani has volunteered for several different organizations including JusticeNet and Canada Law from Abroad and worked in several different areas of the law, including Real Estate Law, Wills, Immigration & Refugee Law, Corporate Law and Municipal Law. Rishani is a Member at large for the Ontario Bar Association Real Property Law Section Executive. When Rishani is not practising law, she loves travelling and reading!
