Vera Vynohrad

Vera Vynohrad is Counsel in Dentons’ Banking and Finance group, where she acts on behalf of both institutional and private lenders, as well as borrowers, on a variety of secured and unsecured debt financing transactions. A highly experienced financial services lawyer, Vera’s clients rely on her skilled guidance and counsel with respect to commercial loans, corporate loans, syndicated loans and other multi-lender transactions, acquisition finance, mezzanine loans, subordinated loans, swap transactions, receivables securitizations, asset-based loans and project finance. Vera also advises lenders on the protection and enforcement of security, and advises creditors and debtors on insolvency and restructuring matters.

Prior to joining Dentons, Vera gained substantial experience as in-house counsel at one of the Canadian chartered banks. In this role, she supported the corporate banking, cash management, global banking, trade finance, commercial mortgages, anti-money laundering and sanctions business units.
