Mark D.W. Weir Focuses on real estate and wills & estate planning, bringing valuable experience to your case. Mark Weir brings over 10 years of legal experience to HMH Law Offices. After earning a degree in Economics from the University of Victoria, and a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University, Mark was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2015 and the Ontario Bar in 2017. After spending several years working in insurance defence litigation, Mark joined HMH in 2018. Mark’s practice focuses on assisting clients in protecting their assets and keeping what they’ve earned. Coming from the world of litigation, Mark understands the stress, time, and cost of entering the courtroom. Whether it’s facilitating a real estate transaction, creating an estate plan, or drafting a domestic contract, Mark strives to find the most cost effect and efficient path for his clients. Outside of the office Mark enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the Simcoe County Trails with his Australian Shepherd, Molly.
