Stephen Werbowyj, B.A., J.D., LL.M. (ADR & Civil Litigation), Osgoode Certificate in Elder Law (2019), was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1981 and to the New York State Bar in 1987. His law practice experience is extensive in the following areas:

Stephen has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario and has acted as counsel in numerous civil cases involving estate litigation matters, including will challenges, powers of attorney and guardianship matters, real estate litigation, personal injury, commercial litigation, and professional discipline cases. He has substantial trial and appellate experience and delivers practical and wise advice to clients.

He consults on and prepares wills and trusts, processes estates. He also provides representation for foreign beneficiaries of wills and estates in Canada.

His office handles business purchases and sales, incorporations (provincial or federal), commercial agreements, and shareholder agreements.
