Robert David Whillans

Robert works on each file to achieve the best result for his clients in the most efficient manner. He is a highly-skilled and effective litigator but is also committed to resolving matters where possible without engaging in costly and lengthy court litigation. Robert is fluent in French and represents clients in both official languages.

Robert’s labour law practice covers a wide range of issues. He has particular expertise in construction labour law, labour grievance arbitration, and professional regulation. He represents clients before arbitrators and administrative tribunals.

Prior to joining CaleyWray in 2016, he practiced labour law and criminal law at a union-side labour firm in Toronto.
