Lauren Jean White

Lauren White is an associate in the Banking & Specialty Finance group at Cassels. Lauren’s practice focuses on a broad range of domestic and international corporate finance transactions. She regularly acts for both borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured lending transactions, project finance facilities, bilateral and syndicated facilities, and asset-based financing. Lauren has particular experience working with resource companies in the mining sector. Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Lauren was both a summer and articling student at the firm. Lauren has completed the Osgoode Certificate in ESG, Climate Risk and the Law, and the Osgoode Certificate in Mining Law.
