Marc David Dunn Whiteley

Marc Whiteley has a broad commercial and estate litigation practice, representing individuals and corporations of all sizes.

He handles a wide range of complex litigation matters including administrative law, real estate and contract disputes, insurance disputes, estate litigation, construction litigation, injunctions, fraud, debt recovery and appeals.

Focused on protecting and advancing his clients’ interests, his advocacy achieves tangible and practical outcomes tailored to their objectives and circumstances. His results-oriented approach consistently produces successful outcomes for his clients.

Marc has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal and has made written submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada.
