Bradley Patrick Courtney Wiffen

Bradley has significant experience in Canadian and cross-border corporate restructurings, recapitalization transactions, acquisitions, financing transactions, and related corporate and insolvency law matters. He regularly acts for debtors, bondholders, ad hoc committees, court-appointed officers, plan sponsors and purchasers in complex restructuring transactions and the review of strategic alternatives.

Bradley has been recognized as a leading restructuring lawyer by Chambers Canada , The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, IFLR1000, and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada . He is also featured in the Lexpert Special Edition: Insolvency and Restructuring. In 2023, Bradley was honoured as one of Lexpert’s Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40.

Bradley was the bronze medalist in his graduating class at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He previously worked as a senior associate at an international accounting firm, during which time he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and placed on the National Honour Roll of the Uniform Final Exam (UFE).
