Holden Agnew-Pople was born and raised in Port Hope, and was thrilled to return to his hometown to join Mann McCracken and Associates in the spring of 2015.
Holden completed his undergraduate studies at Queen’s University, and he completed his law degree at Michigan State University. While he was a student at Michigan State University, Holden received the Jurisprudence Achievement Award in Advocacy for his having received the highest mark, and he honed his lawyering skills by working for the Office of the Attorney General of New Jersey and the Juneau District Attorney’s Office.

Holden’s practice encompasses civil litigation (e.g., personal injury law, wrongful termination, contractual disputes, will challenges, real estate litigation, human rights claims, and commercial and residential landlord and tenant law), family law (e.g., divorces, custody and access disputes, division of matrimonial property, and child and spousal support claims), child protection law (e.g., issues with the Children’s Aid Society), criminal law (e.g., criminal defence and regulatory offence defence), estate planning and administration (e.g., creating wills and trusts and probate), and contract law (e.g., creating contracts and analyzing contracts).
