Rebecca Lee Wissenz

Rebecca Wissenz is a born-and-raised Hamiltonian, growing up in Stoney Creek and graduating from Saltfleet High School. From the time she was 10 she knew that she wanted to be a lawyer, and she spent the next 15 years working towards her dream.

After studying Political Science at Queen’s University and then graduating from Windsor Law School, Rebecca returned home to Hamilton as a lawyer. She worked as an associate and later as a long-time partner in one of the city’s largest law firms, until founding Wissenz Law in 2008.

Today, Rebecca works closely with her amazing team and her clients to fight for their recovery and compensation. Clients have said she is dedicated, unwavering and compassionate.

She specializes in personal injury work of all kinds, including: motor-vehicle accidents, medical negligence, wrongful death, acquired brain injuries, and accidental falls.

Rebecca Wissenz has been fighting for the best interests of Hamiltonians through her law practice in Hamilton for over 35 years, and has been deeply involved with her community long before becoming one of Hamilton, Ontario’s most esteemed Personal Injury lawyers.
