Aryan Ziaie

Aryan has represented class members in a range of matters, including anticompetitive conduct, product liability, breach of contract, privacy breach, systemic negligence, and Charter breach class actions. Aryan has also acted as counsel in complex commercial disputes and insolvency proceedings. He has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and British Columbia.

During law school, Aryan received the Joan Lax Memorial Award for the top oralist in the Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot and served on the executive committee for the community legal clinic operated by University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law.
